Hi, I'm Kyle.

I'm a senior software engineer based in Donegal. Most of my career has been spent on the backend: the systems behind the scenes that take bookings, process payments and keep data flowing between tools.

Over the years I've watched lots of local businesses get let down by their websites. Slow pages, sites they can't update themselves, booking systems held together with sticky tape, or a developer who disappeared after launch. Small businesses deserve better than that, and they shouldn't need a big-city budget to get it.

So I started Doherty Digital. I build modern, fast websites using the same care and tools I use in my day job, with content you can edit yourself, and proper engineering behind anything that needs it, like bookings, online shops and integrations.

I work with small businesses across Ireland, mostly here in the northwest: Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim and Mayo. If you're local, I'm happy to meet in person, have a cup of tea and talk it through. No jargon, no hard sell.
